Platinum Silicone is a body safe material that is easily sanitized. Unlike TPE toys or silicone toys that have been "painted", our toys are safe to boil, wash in a dishwasher, soak in a 10% bleach and water solution, wash with UNSCENTED antibacterial soap and water, wash with toy cleaners, even sanitize in an oven set to 350º for ten minutes. All of our materials, including the pigments are certified skin safe.

What kinds of lube are safe with my dildo?
We strongly recommend water based lubes only. Silicone based lubes will ruin the finish and absorb into your toy. Some hybrid lubes may be okay for use.

We recommend storing your dildo in a sealed plastic bag after washing and air drying. It is just fine to store your platinum silicone dildo with other platinum silicone dildos. It is not recommended to store toxic jelly or tpe dildos with platinum silicone toys. 

My dildo has been lost in the mail!?

Keep an eye on your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered, or porch pirated packages. We must be firm on this policy. While shipping is free, please consider upgrading to either USPS Priority or Express Mail where the shipment is insured!

Can I have my dildo custom made?

Sorry, we are not taking custom or personalized orders. Also, we cannot make existing toys smaller or bigger. 

What are the differences in density?
We make our dildos using three different platinum silicones:
- Soft toys are made from Smooth On EcoFlex 0050 platinum silicone that tests at about 5a durometer. This is the density we would recommend for sensitive bodies or if you prefer your toys soft and squishy!

- Medium density toys are made from Smooth On Dragon Skin 10NV silicone that tests to about 12a durometer. This is the default density for all suction cup models and the one we recommend as a good general use density. 

- Firm toys are made using Dragon Skin 20 with a little EcoFlex 0050 added to make it about a shore 16a durometer. This is an excellent density for targeted g-spot or p-spot pressure.

Absolutely. Orders are packed in either Kraft cardboard boxes or USPS Priority Mail branded packaging. The return address is "Shipping" with our PO Box number.
